KHARKIV, Oct. 11, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Ukraine defeated Lithuania by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Euro group stage game on Friday night at the Metalist Stadium in Kharkiv.
The result put the Ukrainians top of Group B with 16 points. Lithuania is bottom with one point. In their next game, Ukraine will meet second-placed Portugal at the Metalist Stadium on October 14, while Lithuania will face Serbia.
