SION, Sep. 8, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Switzerland defeated Gibraltar by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a Euro group stage game on Sunday night at the Stade Tourbillon in Sion.
The result put the Swiss third in Group D with 8 points. Gibraltar is bottom with no points. In their next game, Switzerland will meet second-placed Denmark at the Stade Tourbillon on October 12, while Gibraltar will face Georgia.
