COPENHAGEN, Oct. 12, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Denmark defeated Switzerland by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Euro group stage game on Saturday night at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.
The result put the Dane top of Group D with 12 points. Switzerland is third with 8 points. In their next game, Denmark will meet Gibraltar at the Parken Stadium on November 15, while Switzerland will face Ireland.
