TóRSHAVN, Jun. 7, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Spain defeated the Faroe islands by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 3-1), in a Euro group stage game on Friday night at the Torsvollur Stadium in Tórshavn.
The result put the Spaniard top of Group F with 9 points. The Faroe islands is bottom with no points. In their next game, Spain will meet second-placed Sweden at the Torsvollur Stadium on June 10, while the Faroe islands will face Norway.
