SOLNA, Jun. 7, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Sweden defeated Malta by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Euro group stage game on Friday night at the Friends Arena in Solna.
The result put the Swedish second in Group F with 7 points. Malta is fourth with 3 points. In their next game, Sweden will meet group leaders Spain at the Friends Arena on June 10, while Malta will face Romania.
