TóRSHAVN, Sep. 5, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Sweden defeated the Faroe islands by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a Euro group stage game on Thursday night at the Torsvollur Stadium in Tórshavn.
The result put the Swedish second in Group F with 10 points. The Faroe islands is bottom with no points. In their next game, Sweden will meet third-placed Norway at the Torsvollur Stadium on September 8, while the Faroe islands will face Spain.
