SKOPJE, Mar. 21, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Macedonia defeated Latvia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a Euro group stage game on Thursday night at the Philip II Arena in Skopje.
The result put the Macedonians top of Group G with 3 points. In their next game, Macedonia will meet third-placed Slovenia at the Philip II Arena on March 24, while Latvia will face Poland.
