HAIFA, Mar. 24, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Israel defeated Austria by a score of 4-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a Euro group stage game on Sunday night at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa.
The result put the Israelians top of Group G with 4 points. Austria is bottom with no points. In their next game, Israel will meet Latvia at the Sammy Ofer Stadium on June 7, while Austria will face Slovenia.
