BEERSHEBA, Oct. 15, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Israel defeated Latvia by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 3-1), in a Euro group stage game on Tuesday night at the Turner Stadium in Beersheba.
The result put the Israelians fourth in Group G with 11 points. Latvia is bottom with no points. In their next game, Israel will meet group leaders Poland at the Turner Stadium on November 16, while Latvia will face Slovenia.
