SARANSK, Jun. 8, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Russia defeated San Marino by a big score of 9-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a Euro group stage game on Saturday night at the Mordovia Arena in Saransk.
The result put the Russians top of Group I with 6 points. San Marino is bottom with no points. In their next game, Russia will meet third-placed Cyprus at the Mordovia Arena on June 11, while San Marino will face Kazakhstan.
