KALININGRAD, Sep. 9, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Russia defeated Kazakhstan by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Euro group stage game on Monday night at the Kaliningrad Stadium.
The result put the Russians second in Group I with 15 points. Kazakhstan is fourth with 7 points. In their next game, Russia will meet Scotland at the Kaliningrad Stadium on October 10, while Kazakhstan will face Cyprus.
