Euro 2020 : Russia defeats Cyprus 5-0
NICOSIA, Oct. 13, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Russia defeated Cyprus by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Euro group stage game on Sunday night at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia.
The result put the Russians second in Group I with 21 points. Cyprus is third with 10 points. In their next game, Russia will meet group leaders Belgium at the GSP Stadium on November 16, while Cyprus will face Scotland.
