TAMPERE, Sep. 5, 2019 (AMP) — Europe 2020 (Qualifiers) : Finland defeated Greece by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Euro group stage game on Thursday night at the Tampere Stadium.
The result put the Finnish second in Group J with 12 points. Greece is 5th with 4 points. In their next game, Finland will meet group leaders Italy at the Tampere Stadium on September 8, while Greece will face Liechtenstein.
