BRUGES, Mar. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2014-15 : Club Brugge defeated Besiktas by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a round of 16 game on Thursday night at the Jan Breydel Stadium in Bruges.

Besiktas made Club Brugge doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by De Sutter ('62) and Refaelov ('79 on penalty).

The second leg between Club Brugge and Besiktas will be played on Thursday March 19, 2015 (kick-off: 21:05) in Istanbul.
