Dynamo Kiev beats Everton to reach Europa League quarterfinals
KIEV, Mar. 19, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2014-15 : Dynamo Kiev defeated Everton by a score of 5-2 (halftime: 3-1), in the second leg of a round of 16 game on Thursday night at the Kiev Olympic Stadium.
Dynamo Kiev dominated the first half thanks to goals from Yarmolenko ('21), Teodorczyk ('35) and Veloso ('37). Leading 3-1 at the break, the “Bilo-Syni” further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Gusev '56 and Antunes '76).
