Europa League 2015-16 : Molde defeats Fener 3-1

ISTANBUL, Sep. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Molde defeated Fenerbahce by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Istanbul.

Høiland opened the score in the 36th minute on penalty, before seeing Fenerbahce catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Nani. 1-1 at half time. MFK eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Elyounoussi ('53) and Linnes ('65).

The result put Molde top of Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Molde will meet second-placed Ajax at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on October 1, while Fenerbahce will face Celtic.
