Europa League 2015-16 : Ajax beats Celtic 2-1

GLASGOW, Nov. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Ajax defeated Celtic by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at Celtic Park in Glasgow.

Mcgregor Callum opened the score in the 4th minute, before seeing Ajax catch up in the 22nd minute thanks to Milik Arkadiusz. 1-1 at half time. The “Godenzonen” eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Cerny Vaclav with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.

The result put Ajax third in Group A with 6 points. Celtic is bottom with 2 points. In their last game, Ajax will meet group leaders Molde at Celtic Park on December 10, while Celtic will face Fenerbahce.
