ISTANBUL, Dec. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Fenerbahce tied 1-1 with Celtic (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Istanbul.
Fenerbahce players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Serbian forward Lazar Marković in the 39th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Celtic with a saving goal from Commons Kris in the 75th minute.
