Europa League 2015-16 : Rubin Kazan beats Sion 2-0

KAZAN, Nov. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Rubin Kazan defeated Sion by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday afternoon at the Central Stadium in Kazan.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Georgiev Blagoy ('72) and Devic Marko ('90).

The result put Sion top of Group B with 8 points. Rubin Kazan is third with 5 points. In their last game, Sion will meet second-placed Liverpool at the Central Stadium on December 10, while Rubin Kazan will face Bordeaux.
