Europa League 2015-16 : Krasnodar defeats PAOK 2-1

KRASNODAR, Nov. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Krasnodar defeated PAOK by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Kuban Stadium in Krasnodar.

Krasnodar dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ari Da Silva in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the “Bulls” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Joaozinho Ramos on penalty in the 67th minute.

The result put Krasnodar second in Group C with 7 points. PAOK is third with 3 points. In their next game, Krasnodar will meet group leaders Borussia Dortmund at the Kuban Stadium on November 26, while PAOK will face Qabala.
