NAPLES, Sep. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Napoli defeated Club Brugge by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the San Paolo Stadium in Naples.

Callejón and Dries Mertens scored dual goals

Napoli dominated the first half thanks to goals from Callejón ('5) and Mertens ('19, '25). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Partenopei further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Hamsik '53 and Callejón '77).

The result put Napoli top of Group D with 3 points. In their next game, Napoli will meet third-placed Legia Warsaw at the San Paolo Stadium on October 1, while Club Brugge will face Midtjylland.
