BORISOV, Nov. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Villarreal defeated Dinamo Minsk by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Borisov Arena.

Dinamo Minsk made Villarreal doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Soldado ('72 on penalty) and Politevich Sergei ('86 own).

The result put Villarreal second in Group E with 9 points. Dinamo Minsk is bottom with no points. In their next game, Villarreal will meet group leaders Rapid Vienna at the Borisov Arena on November 26, while Dinamo Minsk will face Viktoria Plzen.
