Europa League 2015-16 : RBK draw 1-1 with Saint-Etienne

TRONDHEIM, Nov. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Rosenborg tied 1-1 with Saint-Etienne (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Lerkendal Stadion in Trondheim.

Rosenborg players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Soderlund Alexander in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Saint-Etienne with a saving goal from Saint-Etienne forward Nolan Roux on penalty in the 80th minute.

The result put Saint-Etienne second in Group G with 8 points. RBK is bottom with 2 points. In their last game, Saint-Etienne will meet group leaders Lazio at the Lerkendal Stadion on December 10, while Rosenborg will face Dnipro.
