Europa League 2015-16 : Lokomotiv Moscow defeats Skenderbeu Korce 2-0

MOSCOW, Oct. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Lokomotiv Moscow defeated Skenderbeu Korce by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Lokomotiv Stadium in Moscow.

Lokomotiv Moscow dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Niasse Baye in the 35th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Loko further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Samedov Aleksandr in the 73rd minute.

The result put Lokomotiv Moscow top of Group H with 6 points. Skenderbeu Korce is bottom with no points. In their next game, Lokomotiv Moscow will meet second-placed Besiktas at the Lokomotiv Stadium on October 22, while Skenderbeu Korce will face Sporting Lisbon.
