Europa League 2015-16 : Skenderbeu Korce beats Sporting 3-0

ELBASAN, Nov. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Skenderbeu Korce defeated Sporting Lisbon by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Elbasan Arena.

Lilaj Sabjen scored dual goals

Skenderbeu Korce dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lilaj Sabjen ('15, '19 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, the “Snow Wolves” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Nimaga Bakary in the 56th minute.

The result put Sporting third in Group H with 4 points. Skenderbeu Korce is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Sporting Lisbon will meet group leaders Lokomotiv Moscow at the Elbasan Arena on November 26, while Skenderbeu Korce will face Besiktas.
