Europa League 2015-16 : Fiorentina beats Belenenses 4-0

LISBON, Oct. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Fiorentina defeated Belenenses by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Estádio do Restelo in Lisbon.

Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bernardeschi Federico ('18) and Babacar ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Tonel Antonio Sousa '83/own and Rossi '90).

The result put Fiorentina second in Group I with 3 points. Belenenses is bottom with one point. In their next game, Fiorentina will meet third-placed Lech Poznań at the Estádio do Restelo on October 22, while Belenenses will face Basel.
