TRIPOLI, Dec. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Schalke 04 defeated Asteras Tripolis by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Theodoros Kolokotronis Stadium in Tripoli.

Choupo-moting Maxim Eric scored dual goals

Schalke 04 dominated the first half thanks to goals from Di Santo Franco ('29) and Choupo-moting Maxim Eric ('37). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Royal Blues further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Choupo-moting Maxim Eric '78 and Meyer '86).
