Europa League 2015-16 : Shakhtar beats Braga 2-1

BRAGA, Apr. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Shakhtar Donetsk defeated Braga by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a quarterfinals on Thursday night at the Braga Municipal Stadium.

Shakhtar Donetsk dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Rakytskiy Yaroslav in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the “Hirnyky” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ferreyra in the 75th minute.

The second leg between Braga and Shakhtar Donetsk will be played on Thursday April 14, 2016 (kick-off: 21:05) in Lviv.
