Europa League 2015-16 : Dortmund and Liverpool play out 1-1 draw

DORTMUND, Apr. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Borussia Dortmund tied 1-1 with Liverpool (halftime: 0-1), in the first leg of a quarterfinals on Thursday night at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund.

Liverpool players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Belgian forward Divock Origi in the 36th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Borussia Dortmund with a saving goal from Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels in the 48th minute.

The second leg between Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool will be played on Thursday April 14, 2016 (kick-off: 21:05) in Liverpool.
