Europa League 2015-16 : Fiorentina draw 1-1 with Tottenham

FLORENCE, Feb. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Fiorentina tied 1-1 with Tottenham (halftime: 0-1), in the first leg of a round of 32 game on Thursday night at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.

Tottenham players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Belgian midfielder Nacer Chadli on penalty in the 37th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Fiorentina with a saving goal from Fiorentina midfielder Bernardeschi Federico in the 59th minute.

The second leg between Fiorentina and Tottenham will be played on Thursday February 25, 2016 (kick-off: 21:05) in London.
