Europa League 2015-16 : Bilbao beats Marseille 1-0

MARSEILLE, Feb. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2015-16 : Athletic Bilbao defeated Marseille by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a round of 32 game on Thursday night at the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille.

Marseille made Athletic Bilbao doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Athletic Bilbao forward Aritz Aduriz in the 54th minute.

The second leg between Marseille and Athletic Bilbao will be played on Thursday February 25, 2016 (kick-off: 19:00) in Bilbao.
