Europa League 2016-17 : Liege and Celta Vigo play to a 1-1 draw

LIèGE, Sep. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Standard Liege tied 1-1 with Celta Vigo (halftime: 1-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne in Liège.

One goal for both sides in the first half, Dossevi Mathieu ('3) for Standard Liege, Rossi ('13) for Celta Vigo and none in the second.

The result left both teams tied in the second place of Group G with one point. In their next game, Celta Vigo will meet Panathinaikos at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne on September 29, while Standard Liege will face Ajax.
