NICE, Nov. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Red Bull Salzburg defeated Nice by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Allianz Riviera in Nice.

Hwang Hee-chan scored dual goals

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with two goals by Hwang Hee-chan at '72 and '73.

The result put Red Bull Salzburg third in Group I with 3 points. Nice is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Red Bull Salzburg will meet second-placed Krasnodar at the Allianz Riviera on November 24, while Nice will face Schalke 04.
