Europa League 2016-17 : Fiorentina defeats Slovan Liberec 3-0

FLORENCE, Nov. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Fiorentina defeated Slovan Liberec by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.

Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to goals from Iličić ('30 on penalty) and Kalinic Nikola ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cristoforo Sebastian in the 73rd minute.

The result put Fiorentina top of Group J with 10 points. Slovan Liberec is bottom with one point. In their next game, Fiorentina will meet third-placed PAOK at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on November 24, while Slovan Liberec will face Qarabag.
