Europa League 2016-17 : Slovan Liberec beats Qarabag 3-0

LIBEREC, Nov. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Slovan Liberec defeated Qarabag by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Stadion u Nisy in Liberec.

Komlichenko Nikolay scored dual goals

Slovan Liberec dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Vuch Egon in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Modrobili further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Komlichenko Nikolay '57/penalty, '63).

The result put Qarabag third in Group J with 7 points. Slovan Liberec is bottom with 4 points. In their last game, Qarabag will meet group leaders Fiorentina at the Stadion u Nisy on December 8, while Slovan Liberec will face PAOK.
