MILAN, Dec. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Inter Milan defeated Sparta Prague by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.
