ANKARA, Sep. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Osmanlispor defeated Steaua Bucuresti by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Osmanli Stadium in Ankara.

45 minutes of play and neither Osmanlispor nor Steaua Bucuresti have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Diabaté ('64 on penalty) and Umar Aminu ('74).

The result put Osmanlispor top of Group L with 3 points. In their next game, Osmanlispor will meet third-placed Zürich at the Osmanli Stadium on September 29, while Steaua Bucuresti will face Villarreal.
