Europa League 2016-17 : FCK beats Ajax 2-1

COPENHAGEN, Mar. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Copenhagen defeated Ajax by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in the first leg of a round of 16 game on Thursday night at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.

Falk Rasmus opened the score in the 1st minute, before seeing Ajax catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Dolberg Kasper. 1-1 at half time. The “Løverne” eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Cornelius Andreas in the 59th minute.

The second leg between Copenhagen and Ajax will be played on Thursday March 16, 2017 (kick-off: 21:05) in Amsterdam.
