ANDERLECHT, Feb. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : Anderlecht defeated Zenit St Petersburg by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in the first leg of a round of 32 game on Thursday night at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Anderlecht.

Acheampong Frank scored dual goals

All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Acheampong Frank ('5, '31).

The second leg between Anderlecht and Zenit St Petersburg will be played on Thursday February 23, 2017 (kick-off: 19:00) in Saint Petersburg.
