NICOSIA, Feb. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 : APOEL Nicosia defeated Athletic Bilbao by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the second leg of a round of 32 game on Thursday night at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Sotiriou Pieros ('46) and Gianniotas Giannis ('54 on penalty).
