Europa League 2016-17 Qualifiers : IFK Göteborg beats Qarabag 1-0

GOTHENBURG, Aug. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : IFK Göteborg defeated Qarabag by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a Europa League qualifier tie on Thursday night.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Albæk in the 56th minute.

The second leg between IFK Göteborg and Qarabag will be played on Thursday August 25, 2016 (kick-off: 18:30) in Baku.
