Europa League 2016-17 Qualifiers : Rapid Vienna defeats Trencin 4-0

ŽILINA, Aug. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Europa League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Rapid Vienna defeated Trencin by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a Europa League qualifier tie on Thursday night at the Štadión pod Dubňom in Žilina.

Schaub Louis scored tripple goals

Rapid Vienna dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Schaub Louis in the 32nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Grün-Weißen further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Schaub Louis '54, '83 and Schwab Stefan '73).

The second leg between Trencin and Rapid Vienna will be played on Thursday August 25, 2016 (kick-off: 21:05) in Vienna.
