Europa League 2017-18 : Partizan beats Skenderbeu Korce 2-0

BELGRADE, Nov. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Partizan Belgrade defeated Skenderbeu Korce by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Partizan Stadium in Belgrade.

Partizan Belgrade dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Zoran Tošić in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the “Crno-Beli” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Tawamba in the 66th minute.

The result put Partizan second in Group B with 5 points. Skenderbeu Korce is bottom with 2 points. In their next game, Partizan Belgrade will meet third-placed Young Boys at the Partizan Stadium on November 23, while Skenderbeu Korce will face Dynamo Kiev.
