Europa League 2017-18 : Ludogorets Razgrad defeats Hoffenheim 2-1

RAZGRAD, Sep. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Ludogorets Razgrad defeated Hoffenheim by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Ludogorets Arena in Razgrad.

Hoffenheim had started off well by taking the lead in the 2nd minute with a goal by Kaderabek Pavel. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the “Eagles” nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Dyakov Svetoslav '46 and Lukoki Jody '72).

The result put Ludogorets Razgrad second in Group C with 4 points. Hoffenheim is bottom with no points. In their next game, Ludogorets Razgrad will meet group leaders Braga at the Ludogorets Arena on October 19, while Hoffenheim will face Istanbul Basaksehir.
