Europa League 2017-18 : Milan defeats Austria Vienna 5-1

MILAN, Nov. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : AC Milan defeated Austria Vienna by a big score of 5-1 (halftime: 3-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.

Silva and Cutrone scored dual goals

Austria Vienna opened the score in the score in the 21st minute thanks to Monschein, before AC Milan regained the advantage with Rodríguez ('27), Silva ('36) and Cutrone ('42). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Rossoneri further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Silva '70 and Cutrone '90).

The result put Milan top of Group D with 11 points. Austria Vienna is bottom with 4 points. In their last game, AC Milan will meet third-placed Rijeka at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on December 7, while Austria Vienna will face AEK Athens.
