Europa League 2017-18 : Apollon and Lyon play out 1-1 draw

NICOSIA, Sep. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Apollon Limassol tied 1-1 with Lyon (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia.

No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Sardinero ('90) for Apollon Limassol, Depay ('53 on penalty) for Lyon.

The result left both teams tied in the second place of Group E with one point. In their next game, Lyon will meet group leaders Atalanta at the GSP Stadium on September 28, while Apollon Limassol will face Everton.
