Europa League 2017-18 : Everton and Apollon play to a 2-2 draw

LIVERPOOL, Sep. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Everton tied 2-2 with Apollon Limassol (halftime: 1-1), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at Goodison Park in Liverpool.

One goal for both sides in the first half, Rooney ('21) for Everton, Sardinero Adrian ('12) for Apollon Limassol and one each in the second, Vlasic Nikola ('66) for Everton, Yuste ('88) for Apollon Limassol.

The result put Apollon second in Group E with 2 points. Everton is bottom with one point. In their next game, Apollon Limassol will meet group leaders Atalanta at Goodison Park on October 19, while Everton will face Lyon.
