Europa League 2017-18 : Lyon beats Everton 3-0

LYON, Nov. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Lyon defeated Everton by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais in Lyon.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Traoré ('68), Aouar ('76) and Depay ('88).

The result put Lyon second in Group E with 8 points. Everton is bottom with one point. In their next game, Lyon will meet third-placed Apollon Limassol at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais on November 23, while Everton will face Atalanta.
