Europa League 2017-18 : Viktoria Plzen beats Steaua Bucuresti 2-0

PLZEň, Nov. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Viktoria Plzen defeated Steaua Bucuresti by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Doosan Arena in Plzeň.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Petrzela Milan ('49) and Kopic Jan ('76).

The result put Steaua Bucuresti top of Group G with 10 points. Viktoria Plzen is second with 9 points. In their last game, Steaua Bucuresti will meet third-placed Lugano at the Doosan Arena on December 7, while Viktoria Plzen will face Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
