Europa League 2017-18 : Red Bull Salzburg beats Guimaraes 3-0

LEIPZIG, Nov. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Europa League 2017-18 : Red Bull Salzburg defeated Vitoria Guimaraes by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday night at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig.

Red Bull Salzburg dominated the first half thanks to goals from Dabbur Munas ('26) and Ulmer Andreas ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the “Roten Bullen” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hwang Hee-chan in the 67th minute.

The result put Red Bull Salzburg top of Group I with 11 points. Guimaraes is bottom with 4 points. In their last game, Red Bull Salzburg will meet second-placed Marseille at the Red Bull Arena on December 7, while Vitoria Guimaraes will face Konyaspor.
